well, what are you pinging?

Run ipconfig /all and let us know what it returns!

Ok slow down, run it as a command prompt...so get to a command line....Have fun!

OK, I've got IP routing enabled No
Dhcp enabled Yes
Auto config enabled Yes

What am I looking for exactly?

What is your up address , gateway and subnet mask?

You meant IP, right?

IP address 172.20.20.20
Gateway 172.20.20.1
Subnet mask 255.255.255.0

Ok so what were you pinging? unless it is the 172 range you won't reach it.

OK, could you possibly state the problem in another way?

The only other number I see is DNS server 75.75.75

What can I do to connect wireless?

the dns entry is defenatley mangled. if it isn't a proper up address, it should a least be 4.2.2.2
