Forgot my password

Hello,
I am trying to log into my email and I forgot my password .... I have my email open on my iPad but don't dare close email because I may lose access to get in. I saved password on iPad email but it won't let me see it. I want to change info on my profile no longer have old phone and old email address what can I do to change old info and new pass word to get in to my email
