Hi,
You can try resetting the password of the Safe Folder by going to Settings > Fingerprint, face and password > Privacy and app encryption.
Select Forgot password and answer your security questions. Select Verify, then you can set a new privacy password.
In case you've forgotten your security questions, you won't be able to retrieve your locked files unfortunately - you'll have to factory reset your phone.
