Hello,

I tried changing my password from pin to pattern. When I tried to unlock my phone after it using the pattern, it just won't unlock. The pattern thing can't be seen anywhere on the screen. I've tried turning my phone off and on for so many times already but it just won't work. What should I do?

Sorry but you have a clone and nobody but the manufacturer can help you. The Chinese have their own ways and make cheap stuff.
