Mr fixit

I cannot make Mr fixit work on my download of Microsoft mr fixit centre.
I'm using windows 7 but it tells me that it cannot download troubleshooters.
HELP

I encourage you to get support from mr fixit.....i really encourage you to un-install it....

I have uninstalled it .
But I still have no idea what I achieved.
How can I make it work ?
