I can't instal latest version of Flash Player

Hello,
I have tried several time to instal the latest version of Flash Player. I went to the adobe website troubleshooting (tn_19166) and did everything they suggested including uninstalling the older version, downloading and running SubInACL and reset_minimal.zip file. I still get the error that the installation failed. What else can I do? I've never had problems with Flash Player. I have Windows XP IE7.

It's better you use another browser like mozila firefox.. it will be better
