Have you tested with a different power supply?
This could be a motherboard problem or a power supply problem.

Yes I did try wit a different a c adapter , and it does the same, but when I try the adapter with a different laptop it works fine.

It appears that you have a hardware problem with the laptop. Often the only solution for laptop problems is a motherboard replacement. This often costs move than a new laptop.
