Hello, im trying to reset my laptop back to its factory settings like it was tha day i bought it, tha reason in doing this, i let someone borrow it n they put a password on it when it comes on n i cannot get back into my laptop n cant get it to factory reset... how can i reset or do wat ever i needa do inorder to take this off so i can use my own laptop

We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
