i don't no my password Closed

Hello, I forgot my gmail password and security question's answer . Unfortunatelly,my account is done by cyber .So I don't know recovery mail address .So what shall I do ? There are a lot of important accounts in my lost account. Can I change recovery account .I don;t want to lose my account. Pls give me advise.

Hello, 

When is the last time you successfully accessed your account? If there is no activity on an account for 30 days or more, it is automatically deleted from the server.  

There are a lot of important accounts in my lost accountAnd you had never have the idea to write somewhere the credentials!?
