CD/DVD Drive missing

Hello,

I'm having trouble finding CD/DVD drive on my laptop. Like it's just not there. I've done everything I could to get it but nothing works. I don't know why but I could really use some help.

Like all the methods they provide on Microsoft Support. They don't work at all whereas for some other people it may work but not for me.
