Forget my alternate email ID

Hello,

i forget my alternate email id ,either i know may user ID and password but can't be sign in ,kindly advise ?

If you know your user id and password, you need not the alternate.

but when i am going for sign in ,it never be ask for password directly go to alternative email for verification code ,because i never updated with mobile no , request you kindly sort out the issue ,

To update it you must gain access to your account.
