Restarting computer when launching a game

hello. Ive got this very annoying problem. my computer shuts down by itself everytime i download games from the internet. it's fine at first, but when i launch the game it restarts by itself. i dont know why. i couldnt be able to play any games from my computer because of this problem. will you please help me? thanks!
