Hello,
Is it possible ???
I have 1 pc, two phone lines, two modems, one lan card, with broadband
I sms my any phone or mobile number to my pc my pc process the request and make two calls one to that number which i provided and another to my number then merge both calls or technically make a conference.
if it is possible than plz let me know

i don't think this is possible.
if you want to make a conference call, you can use the Skype software.
