Greetings. My phone went dead on Saturday, 25 June 2016. Service provider says they can't retrieve my information as the phone can't switch on, as they are going to wife off everything from my phone when they fix it. My fear is loosing all my contacts in my phone. Is there a way of retrieving and backing up the phone while it's off?
