Hi,

I would like to know in general does a PC (4gb RAM pentium Dual core CPU E500@ 3.20GHz 64 bit Operating System) 16inch desktop old DELL consume more electricity than a laptop of (4gb RAM i7 processor and 1TB hardisk.
