Samsung note sgh-i717 power problems

My samsung note sgh-i717 does not on at all. When l insert in charger it vibrate contineousely with interval of at most 3sec with the screen showing nothing. When l press the power it vibrate once but the phone does not on.l taught lt was the power key and l remove it yet it doesnt on. Please help me what should l do

samsung phones are worst and go to store they will make this issue confidential and commercial better throw that and buy new mobile
