RCA Table:RCT6773W22B Connecting to public WIFI trouble

Hello,

I am having trouble connecting to my hotel WiFi using:
RCA Table:RCT6773W22B

I see and can connect to the public local network, however, unlike my phone which
once connected gives me a popup to use the browser for the final password verification process, I don't get this option on my table.

Any help will be appreciated.
