Forgot gmail password

Hello, Respected sir ,
Whenever I visit to password recovery or password assistent page , and fill the form (I forgot password) , it ask me to login my a/c , how could I login if I don't know my password ? It doesn't send me any recovery link , I have submitted too many attempt . Please help
