I only had the laptop for a week ,and the computer systems #24D6SN1-2A7B,its proctected by pass authentication system and i can't get in he computer at all,and at the bottom its askng me for an system or administrator password.This is the second time im explaining this the first time they told me to send it back but send it where I need an address to send it to

The XPCMAN I will be sending the laptop back cause all I am gettng is other answer,nothing about the laptop and my problems is not solve at all
