Problem in installation of "dap" and &qu

Problem 1:

I installed the Download Accelerator Plus ( dap ) 91. Installation could not complete, and following error occurred:
Error:
Could not load the DLL library.
D://Windows/shell32.dll. The specified module could not be found.

Same problems occurs with other versions of the product.

Problem 2:

Installation of the key logger"klog" stops and the following error occurs.
Error:
Unable to execute file: D:\Program Files\PaqTools\Keylog\moni.exe

Kindly note that i installed the above softwares several times but the problems persists. I have hp530 Notebook PC and use Windows XP.

Please help me solve the problems.
