unable to install quick heal Solved/Closed

Hello, 
            i had installed quick hel antivirus trial vesion in window 7 , i purchased the licence key and after that i uninstall tha trial version ,but when i reinstall tha setup it shows the message that you had not restarts ur computer after uninstall ...pls give me sugestion .. how can i recover frm it..

i really works :)... thax a lot jack .. jack i want one more favor from your side i had installed the trial version now .. but unable to activate this ... can u sugest that how can i activate this quick hel .. i had purchased online registration key .. but dont know the option how to activate this.. pls help
