Two questions for cell color and sum

Hello,
Please need help. Using excel 2013
If in column E "personal" or "business" displays then in that same row the cell in column J must change to red or green.

Example
If E6= personal then J6=green
If E6=business then J6=red.

Then all the red boxes must be calculated together to display in L40
And all the green boxes sum displayed in N40.

Thank you for help. Really need it
