Restore the phone icon on a nokia 735

HI , can anyone tell me how to restore the phone icon on a nokia 735, i have tried a hard reset, but with no luck, any answers please.

take it to you r carrier (the one you pay your bill to)! They will assist you. If they do not, then canel your service and get a carrier that will assist you in consuming their services, not just pay for them!
