Lost gmail password

Hello,



i forgot my gmail password for my ghanablackstars1@gmail.com and my recovery password for my ghanablackstartablet@gmail.com. I tried to get into my account by using hacking things but it made it worse, please help me i called gmail to get back into my account but they told me i had to pay money. I would love to get my account back without having to pay money. I tried the gmail forgot my password,and did all the stuff they ask for. but since i forgot my recovery password i wasn't able to get into my account.
