Hello,
SIR ,we are from PSENTERPRISE we are unable to send emails right now bcoz of that facing lots of problem our organization..whenever we trying to send any email it occur "NO PERMISSION TO SEND EMAIL RIGHT NOW" its urgent plz help right now

The problem originates from your internet service provider or email client, I suggest you contact them.
