Opening gmails

When I sign-into google, I cannot get my gmails to open up.

I got that issue resolved. Now having issues with getting canned emails to duplicate. The "show" that they are in the Insert, Save, and Delete sections of canned emails. I send an email canned response. It gets to the receiver correctly. I try to duplicate and "Insert" another email to another recipient and it's not there. I've tried updating browser. Opening up Gmail in another browser and it does not work, either...Suggestions???
