Hi Almond Cookie,
Please check if the pendrive is in the correct file format. Have you been using the pendrive on a Windows PC? Is the drive correctly recognized on your Mac? Open Disk Utility and check if the drive has a proper file format and correct capacity. If you suspect that the files are in the pendrive but are hidden, run the Terminal and type the following command:
defaults write com.apple.finder AppleShowAllFiles -bool true
You may need to relaunch Finder after that.
