No transparentsy or any color in windows 7.

Hello, i recently downgraded to windows 7 home premuim and i cant change colors no matter what i do i just get window color and appearance.
the computer running this is a 2012 Lenovo IdeaPad Z580 with 4 Core i5s and run garrys mod flawlessly.
also i cant make windows transparent.

im going to be very stubborn with this post because this problem is quite bad if you think about it. i used vista, i could change colors. windows xp , yes. windows 10, yes. windows 8? nah i downgraded from that. as my name says im very "dedicated" to this post and i will rarely make any other posts.

HI There,
FYI: Any Home edition on Windows has limitations on a lot features including personalizing you display for instance of which is one reason you cant make any changes on your display settings. So you should opt for Windows 7 Professional instead that way you will have full access to all the Windows cool features.
