Sd adapter problem?

Okay so I put my 16gb micro sd card adapter into my computer and it had no problems until now. So i put my sd card adapter in my computer and my computer pops up with this message: https://gyazo.com/36f8427e074bd685580a2a02c9e0fded . I've looked online for help and I came across a "solution" that tells me to change the device letter in disk management but when I did that this comes up: https://gyazo.com/260975facbef415fcfdc3fd70e68cd7c . So I have no idea what to do. I put my sd adapter in my cousin's computer and it comes up on there with no problem. Please help.

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply, but yes I do have experience with Gyazo, it is on my computer. But what does Gyazo have to do with my problem?

gyazo.com just did not magically appear.

Have you looked at what gyazo is all about?

Have you given a thought as to how it appeared? The message that pops-up is a url that should be deleted.

I am saying that you once used gyazo!

Delete both of these  from the card

Have you looked up gyazo.com on Google?

You will come up with this

You will find that the above numbers like: 36f8427e074bd685580a2a02c9e0fded can appear when using gyazo.

Have you downloaded or used gyazo?

Your computer has gyazo.
