Well, if you wish to be in the industry, you must do!
Do you want to only build systems (A+)?
Do you want to be a network engineer?
Do you want to be a programmer?
Do it!
When you ask about organization to provide the means, is that not YOU? Do you not possess the WILL, DRIVE, and INTELLECT to perform this on your OWN?
I encourage you to get a job pulling cable, and learning the 1st layer of modern computing (physical layer), and terminate about 36,000 color coded pairs, then you will figure out what YOU want to do! Just think about it, you will know the physical layer by then!
