I just brought samsung galaxy note 4 , my question in case I download Kies program , my mobile can update the android to marshmallow version ?

the Kies program is installed on your PC and has nothing to do with Android updates.

The Android update is pushed out by the phone company once they have updated the update with their custom apps.
