Question

Hello, My son is google locked out of his phone and he cant get the phone reset without having his g mail user name and password.  Can you tell me how we can get his user name password and secret question passwords please and thank you in advance

I would love to help you, but you must be able to prove that you are the phone's legitimate owner and you can't. Everyday mobiles are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
