Hi Bryan,

This problem may be solved by disabling the Floppy drive or Drive 0 from the BIOS menu. If you are not able to navigate in the BIOS menu, you may need to reset BIOS to its default settings. Is it possible to do it while in the BIOS menu? If not, you may need to turn of the PC and remove the CMOS battery for a few seconds. Reconnect it and turn on the PC. Are there any changes? Removing the CMOS battery is an alternative method of resetting BIOS. If it is still not working, I would recommend you to replace the battery. Let me know if there is any progress.

Hope this helps
