Hi, i have problem with window xp 2004 home edition with the drivers for the sound.how could i download the drivers free?please help me

What sound device do you have? I would say that you could go to www.microsoft.com and download the sound driver from there or you could use what I did www.offiicialdrivers.net and if that doesn't work try www.microsoftxp.officialdrivers.net.. I hope that helps and the downloads are completely free.
