my activation code on cd disk bought 5 days ago did not work. the code was shown on cd disk cover, but install program would not accept it.
What do I do? Return it for refund and buy another one?
I want Fix-it but hate to buy twice
do you need my email for replies?

I don't think that you would get a refund.

Try to install again but insure that you type in the key exactly as shown on the CD; in may be case sensitive. If there are hyphens, try with and without.
