Hello,
I'm trying to help my parents fix their computer, but they don't remember exactly what computer it is they got, so sorry for lack of information.
The computer will start and receive power, but it doesn't always boot up, usually takes between 20 and 30 restarts. Not only that, but sometimes when it's on it doesn't connect to the wifi (which is wired into it) and my microphone doesn't always work either. (It isn't the microphone because it was worked sometimes and sometimes it doesn't . I was thinking it might be the mother board but I honestly have no idea.

It could be the motherboard or the power supply. If it's more than a year or two old it's probably not worth having someone fix it.

Good luck
