Incorporating the text formating when Formula in used

Hello Guys,

In Cell A1, the text is "abc" (Note that "abc" is underlined). If i choose cell B1 and apply a formula as "=A1", the cell B1 shows "abc" without the underline. Is there a way to incorporate the cell formating like underlines/bold via this formula?

Any guidance is appreciated. Thanks :)

I believe you can do that using VBA.
