Solved:
I just remembered that I uninstalled facebook from my mobile. since then the Facebook not opening in my any browser too. may be this is a trick with Facebook. as soon as i reinstalled FB on my mobile and logged in. the browser also opened the page instantly. try this , and you might also find it working.
