Desktop cd/dvd port wont open and has distrubing sound

Hello,

I am trying to open the cd port of my desktop and it wont open, seems like its stuck and the last time i tried it open but when i put a cd in it, the moment it was reading the cd it stoped and said that i didnt put any disk in and when i trt ro re opening / ejecting it to get my cd it started to have the disturbing sound.

How can i fix this? Thank you very much in advance!
