Hello,

I have forgot my email password and need it to get into my appleid I have got the recovery email but when I go through the sign in helper it doesn't give me an option to change my password for the account I need it logs me into the recovery account and k don't need that account I need the one where I have forget my password please help me x

Hello Rebecca

We can't understand your text, it's like a plate of spaghetti, very confusing. Could you please reword in a simple manner and forget about your Apple id as it's not the issue here.
