Unable to uninstall AVG 8.0

Hello,
I am having problems with uninstalling AVG 8.0 from my other comp. (configuration Windows Vista - Service Pk1). i tried through the usual channells, program uninstal but when I did that it uninstalled then told me there was an error/ virus/ win32.com/PolyCrypt and when it gave me options to send it to the vault, i clicked on the option but it wouldnt let me do that. so can anyone help? thx
