My friend install blue icon chrome, is that legit or virus?

i ask my friend to install firefox browser, and i see that he instal a blue icon chrome. AFAIK chrome's icon is mix of green, red, n yellow colors, not all blue icon.
do my friend try to install something malicious to my computer ? thanks
