How to enable WebGL on Google Chrome?

Hi, I have been scrolling the Experiments trying to enable WebGL for Google Chrome but could not find anything on Disable WebGL like what is being instructed. So, how do I go about then to Enable the WebGL? Please assist ASAP. Thank you & have a pleasant day.

Have you entered this into your chrome browser: chrome://flags/

Up on the top right hand side, there is a Restore Default button, push it!
