Compare 2 excel documents and find the same data in both sheets

I have 2 separate excel documents, 1 which had 2015/2016 data and the second which has 2014 data. What i need is to compare the 2 documents for matching job numbers - so each line relates to a job number, but as there are 1000s of lines in each document i need something that will enable me to quickly compare and look for the job numbers in the 2015/16 file and find which ones are also in the 2014 file and then i want only those lines to be copied across to the 2015/16 file?

Is this possible?
