Hello,

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3000 Series PC, I was on my laptop walked away and it wasn't working, Now when I put my laptop on I get Hard drive not detected, so I talked with a computer guy told me to see if the hard drive became loose, did that and still got the same results, so I went on Ebay and purchased another hard drive same model and inserted this one, still say no hard drive detected. Can someone please tell me what other things can be causing this?

It might be a motherboard problem.
Did you run the Dell hardware diagnostics? I think it's F11 right after you see the Dell logo.
