Please help me to unsubscribe

I wish to cancel my subscription because I have been re-united with my wife. The password that I believe is the correct one does not seem to work and/or the code to prove that I am not a robot keeps telling me that it is incorrect (Although I am certain I am typing it correctly. This is very frustrating.
