we apolgize for the inconvience,windows dis not start successfully.."

here it gives you options none of these options work and just rert back to the this page ^^^ and says we apolgize for the inconvience...

what do i do..all my IMPORTANT files were not backed up when i been hoping to do it for weeks..what can i do without losing my files !

Hello try to start windows on safe mode by pressing F8 when your pc starts then do a system restore
