Hi mshpatel,
Could you give us some more details about the issue? Are you using a laptop PC? Could you specify what you mean when you say “changing CPU direction”. Are you moving the PC or you are trying to place the processor correctly? If you are sure that all the hardware is correctly installed but the PC does not turn on properly, there may be a power related issue. If you are using a desktop PC, you should try using another power supply unit.
