I suggest you ask a technician to test your graphic card.

I tried to change the monitor and try to another PC and found that is fine, cables are all well connected. I also tried to clean the RAM slots and removing the BIOS battery but nothing is changing. the fun is running and the bulbs are lighting what can i do?
