Tally exe is not responding

Hello,

Dear Sir

when I am closing Tally ERP 9 program latest edition, I am receiving "Tally.exe is not responding". Please help me. I am using Windows 7 professional. I am getting the same with Windows 10 also

Hello

You must install Tally again. You should lose data.

but will my data secured if i reinstall
